How do I place an order for Bridal Shower Invitations or Party Invitations online?

First, select a product by clicking on the "Order Now” button next to the item you want to purchase.  Once you have selected the item, you will be given several options for your order including printing preference, font style and return address options.  After filling out the applicable fields, enter the quantity of invitations or announcements you would like to purchase, then click the "Add to Basket" button.  Your order is now in your shopping basket.  You may click on "Shopping Basket Contents" to view your order.  When you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout Now" button and you will be instructed step-by-step how to place your order.  If you need further assistance, please e-mail us at kellie@announcinglove.com and a customer care representative will respond as soon as possible.

How do I place an order for Wedding Invitations online?

As an authorized Carlson Craft dealer, we have created a special link just for Wedding Invitations that takes you to our Carlson Craft discount store, www.writeevent.cceasy.com. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?

You will receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail once the order is received, sent to the e-mail address you provide during the ordering process.  If you have any questions about your order after it has been processed, please e-mail us at kellie@announcinglove.com.

Is my credit card secure on your site?

We protect your customer information by using secure servers that encrypt all the information that you input before it is sent to us.  In addition, the customer data we collect is protected against any unauthorized access.

What forms of payment to you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  

Is ordering by phone safer than ordering online?

No, there is no difference between ordering products online and ordering by telephone as far as safety is concerned.  The advantage to ordering online is that you can do it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the order is processed immediately.  Online orders are generally filled quicker because the order is sent directly to our fulfillment center, bypassing our phone center.  However, most orders are received and processed on the same day no matter how the order is received.

What are my shipping and delivery choices for Bridal Shower and Party Invitations?

For Bridal Shower and Party Invitations, our most popular form of shipping is Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.  This option takes 2-3 days anywhere in the United States and is the most cost effective at $6.50 nationwide.  Another option is Federal Express Overnight service.  This option is guaranteed to be received the day after your order is completed.  The cost of this service is $25.00.  Federal Express Overnight shipping is not delivered on weekends.  Unfortunately, we no longer ship international orders.  

When will my Bridal Shower or Party Invitations be shipped?

Write Event strives to ship every Bridal Shower and Party Invitation order within 48 hours of being processed.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  Orders that are received after 5 p.m. CST will be processed the following day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.   

What are my shipping and delivery choices for Wedding Invitations?

For Wedding Invitations, we ship via UPS.  Depending on the UPS method you select during the checkout process, your choices range from overnight to ground (no commitment time).

When will my Wedding Invitation order be shipped?

Due to the intensive raised-ink printing process on our Wedding Invitations, shipment varies from 48 hours following order placement to 5 days following order placement.  If a proof is requested before printing, this can extend the processing time by an additional 2-3 business days plus the time it takes the customer to review and approve the proof for printing.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  Orders that are received after 5 p.m. CST will be processed the following day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. 

I thought Internet sales were tax-exempt. Can you tell me more?

It is true that no taxes are collected on Internet sales as long as you are not located in the same state as the Internet company.  Therefore, since Write Event is located in Texas, all Texas residents are required by law to pay the current sales tax.  If you are outside the state of Texas, no tax of any kind will be applied to your order.

How does Write Event protect my information?

We protect your customer information by using secure servers that encrypt all the information that you input before it is sent to us.  In addition, the customer data we collect is protected against any unauthorized access.

Does Write Event disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

We absolutely do not disclose any information we receive.  While some companies sell data to “third party vendors” to collect data on individuals, we do not engage in this practice.  Again, your information remains with us and will never leave.
